1. What does this Privacy Policy mean?
   This Privacy Policy (Privacy Policy) defines the basic rules and conditions for the processing of personal data that all visitors to the website www.wirwe.com (after referred to as the “Website”) and users of the WirWe mobile app, which can be downloaded from the Apple App Store and Google Play (after referred to as the “ App”), must comply with. The Customer shall familiarise himself with and express his agreement to comply with the Privacy Policy when he visits the Web site or downloads the Programme. A customer who disagrees with any Privacy Policy will loose the right to visit the Website and use the Program.

   MB “Tik inovacijos”, legal entity code 3040746, registered at Mokslininkų str. 2A, LT-08412 Vilnius, data about the company are collected and stored in Vilnius branch of the State Enterprise Centre of Registers
   What is personal data?
   Personal data is any information collected by “Tik inovacijos“ about the Customer that can be used to identify the Customer and is stored electronically or otherwise. Personal data shall include any information, including the Customer's name, address, IP address, e-mail address, telephone number, date of birth, collected by “Tik inovacijos“ for the purposes specified in this Privacy Policy.
3. How "Tik inovacijos" collects and uses customers' personal data
   "Tik inovacijos" handles your Personal Data obtained in the following ways:
   • When you submit Personal Data to us yourself;
   • When we collect your Personal Data by yourself using the Internet site, mobile application, social accounts administered by us, when you contact us by phone or e-mail;

   When you register as a new member, you must provide the following data to complete your registration and access your account:

   If you send mail to other members on an app or website, we collect and use the following data:
   1. The name of the member with whom you are sending the letter;
   2. The contents of the letter;
   3. Date and time of the letters;
   4. Shared photos;
   5. Information about whether another member has seen your message.
   The app lets user to save a member's contact information to mobile device's Contacts list. The app does not use the Contacts list of your mobile device. The app does not process your Contacts either on the server or on the device itself.
4. Contact us
   The website shows you how you can contact “Tik inovacijos“. We accept, review, and provide the answers ourselves. If you contact us by e-mail, we will process your data as follows: your name, e-mail address and the text of your correspondence.
   Such data will be processed to prepare for the performance of the contract or to answer your concerns. If you do not provide your contact details, it will not be possible to contact you.
   Please note that e-mail tracking or blocking software may be used and you must ensure that the messages you send do not contain illegal content.
   Correspondence shall be kept for 1 year from the receipt of the message, with the exception of information the preservation whereof is subject to other time limits laid down in the Privacy Policy or legal acts.
